David Grimmond graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and started his career at CIBC in 2002, then joined Wood Gundy in 2004. In 2018, he became a Portfolio Manager and focused on building trusted, customized investment solutions for his clients.

 

With near 20 years’ experience, David specializes in advising high net worth clients to achieve their financial goals. 

 

Along with achieving numerous investment industry designations, including Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®), he is also licensed to trade in options.

 

David is a proud member of the CIBC Private Wealth Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He is also an avid skier, tennis player, and enjoys travelling with his wife and son.
