With over 15 years in financial advisory roles, Alex Laberge brings both detailed expertise and warmth to his role as a Wealth Advisor with CIBC Wood Gundy. Alex has  held a variety of positions in personal and business banking, lending, financial planning, investments, and private wealth management. This experience gives him a unique ability to understand and address the full spectrum of his clients’ financial needs. Alex earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) designation in 2016 and has since taken a holistic wealth management approach to managing his clients' finances focusing on tax efficient growth of wealth to achieve their goals whether those goals are to have a comfortable retirement, maximize how much wealth is passed down to multiple generations of family, or anything else.

Alex has lived in North & West Vancouver for over 10 years with his wife. They are raising their daughter (7) and son (4) in West Vancouver and spend most of their time outside of work doing various activities around the North Shore with the family.

Ai-Lin is an Administrative Associate with over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, and joined Alex's team in 2025. Since joining CIBC in 2009, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence, contributing her expertise across a variety of roles and departments within the bank. Her adaptability has enabled her to support and foster a collaborative work environment. Ai-Lin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia. She embraces opportunities for growth and development, and is dedicated to contributing to the success of the team.
