Hélène holds an LL.L from Université de Montréal and a Graduate Diploma in Taxation from the University of Sherbrooke. She is a member of the Québec Bar. She obtained her IQPF certification as a Financial Planner in 1997. She is actively involved in a number of professional associations relating to financial and tax planning. She has been chair of the STEP Canada Montreal chapter for the years 2012-2014. She was also a member of the Board of Directors of the APFF from 2004-2012. She is a member and a regular speaker at annual conferences and training seminars of the APFF (Fiscal and Financial Planners Association), the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP), the Conference for Advances Life Underwriting (CALU), and the Institut québecois de planification financière (IQPF). She also contributes to various professional publications and magazines dealing with technical taxation and financial planning issues.
David Sam, Pl. Fin

David holds a B.B.A. from HEC Montreal and has held the IQPF Financial Planner designation since 2009. He is currently working towards obtaining the Trust & Estate Practitioner designation from S.T.E.P. Canada. He has worked as a financial planner for high net worth clients for more than 10 years and has also acted as an expert advisor in financial planning for his peers for 4 years.
David's approach is focused on each client's unique needs and goals. David will develop a personalized financial plan to help clients make the best possible decisions during their life's events. He will also provide recommendations to optimize the client's financial situation.

She has been working in the area of financial and estate planning since 2001.
