David joined the financial services industry in 2008 and holds a Master of Business Administration from Dalhousie University. David's prior experience included a 10 year career in the pharmaceutical industry. The foundation of his client relationships is based on three core principles: Integrity, Accountability and Transparency.

His background, education and training enable him to offer a full range of services and products. He has a passion for the financial industry and is a firm believer in life-long learning through continuing education. David has a commitment to client service and has respect for the responsibilities entrusted to him by his clients. Originally from Antigonish and now a resident of Halifax, David enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and adventure racing.

I began my career in the financial services industry with CIBC in 2005. I continue to develop and hone my customer service skills and have also had the experience of being a successful entrepreneur utilizing my creativity, managerial experience, and resourcefulness as a means of personal and professional growth that I continue to strive forward with today.

I offer a strong and willing spirit of caring that shows through the nurturing of relationships with the CIBC Wood Gundy family, the professional peers and leaders within our team and the clients I interact with on a daily basis. My problem solving skills and conceptual thinking challenges me to learn and continually strive for superior accuracy and efficiency.

I am currently registered with CIRO. I have completed the Wealth Management Essentials Course (WME).
