ROLAND GUENETTE: When I decided to come into this side of the financial business many years ago, I really had two objectives. My first objective was to be able to gather a group of clients that would be really enjoyable to work with for a long time.

ROLAND: The second thing I wanted to do was to be able to develop a group of people who could work together, who would have the resources and the capabilities to help these clients for as long as they needed us.

RYAN HEGHOLZ: We want our clients to paint a picture for us, about what they want their lives to look like, and together, we'll spend the next many years helping them step into that picture.

RYAN: The diversity in our backgrounds, our education, and our experience allow us to leverage our collective expertise for our clients regardless of the situation.

RYAN: If we can't find the answer, we're usually only one phone call away. Our clients don't get one of us, they get all of us.
ROLAND: We don't use voicemail in our group. Probably the biggest reason we don't, is there's always somebody to answer the telephone. I also view that as a metaphor for another way of telling our clients that when they need us, we're here.
RYAN: Success for our clients means they get to spend time doing things that are meaningful to them. Whether it's spending time with family, traveling, building their careers, they've subcontracted the worrying to us. We help them remove all the financial stresses from their lives.

ROLAND: The thing that I'm probably the most proud of is when I come to work, it feels to me like I get to spend a day with friends.
