JIM DUNLOP: I started as an investment advisor in the fall of 1986, and joined CIBC Wood Gundy in 2002 as part of their acquisition of Merrill Lynch Canada. During that time, I have seen rapid changes, not only in the different markets, but also with the type of products available. This has resulted in the need for an integrated approach built for each individual client. As a Chartered Investment Manager with CIBC Wood Gundy, it gives me the open architecture, research, and cutting edge technology to create and manage portfolios focused on after tax results.

KYLE HAMAGUCHI: I have been in the financial advisory and investment management industry for over 25 years.
