Michael is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, and holds the Certified Financial Planner®, CIM® (Chartered Investment Manager), FCSI* (Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute) and RRC* (Registered Retirement Consultant) designations.

Known for his strategic leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional service, Dalvir has held progressive leadership roles across the organization, including Senior Consultant and Community General Manager.
Dalvir brings expertise in team development, performance coaching, and business growth, with a strong focus on building lasting client and advisor relationships. He is passionate about helping advisors thrive in their practice by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and client-centric service.
He holds an Accounting Diploma from Sheridan College and is committed to continuous learning and leadership excellence. Outside of work, Dalvir is a proud husband and father to a beautiful 3-year-old daughter. He is also an avid golfer who enjoys spending time on the course whenever possible.
