Rochelle Wilson, CIM
Rochelle Wilson brings 29 years of expertise in the financial services industry, delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions to her clients.
Her career began at CIBC Wood Gundy in 1997, following her studies at Carleton University and McMaster University. Rochelle initially joined her parents’ team, working alongside them for 18 years. After their retirement, she continued with the same dedication and commitment to her clients.
Rochelle holds credentials through the Canadian Securities Institute, including the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation. She has successfully completed the Professional Financial Planner course and maintains her life insurance license.
Driven by a passion for helping clients navigate their financial, retirement, and estate planning needs, Rochelle is committed to a disciplined wealth management process and exceptional client service. She prioritizes her clients’ needs, offering innovative solutions tailored to their unique goals. On a personal note, Rochelle and her husband Steve have been married for 25 years and are proud parents to two sons, Josh and Jack. Inspired by their love of hockey, Rochelle volunteers with the local hockey organization. She also supports Food4Kids Hamilton, a non-profit dedicated to providing healthy food for children with limited access on weekends and during the summer months. Through CIBC Miracle Day, she raises funds for Ronald McDonald House in Hamilton, which offers essential services to families when children require healthcare at nearby hospitals.

Graduating with honors in 2006, Leslie quickly distinguished herself in the financial services industry. She plays a pivotal role in assisting Rochelle with portfolio management, bringing a detail-oriented and dedicated approach to her work. Leslie also oversees the administration team, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Renowned for her commitment to exceptional client service, Leslie consistently fosters a culture of excellence and reliability. Her strong sense of dedication and care extends beyond the workplace, shaping both her personal and professional endeavors.
Leslie has been happily married to her husband Mark for twelve years, and are proud parents to two wonderful daughters. Leslie values family and enjoys creating lasting memories.
Michelle Dreszel
Michelle joined CIBC Wood Gundy in 2023 as an Administrative Assistant. With a strong commitment to excellence and a keen attention to detail, she supports the team with a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and providing exceptional client service.
Away from the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband Matt and their two sons. As a family they are often found at the baseball diamond, where Michelle cheers on her sons and shares in their love of the game.
Natasha Arbon
Natasha Arbon is an experienced executive assistant with a decade of service at CIBC Wood Gundy and CIBC Asset Management, where she supported portfolio managers and C-suite executives. After 10 years in finance, Natasha chose to explore the field of architecture and design, earning her BID with Honours and gaining several years of industry experience.
Recently, Natasha made the decision to return to the finance sector, motivated by her commitment to supporting high-performing teams and her dedication to delivering exceptional client service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. She brings a unique perspective, combining her extensive financial background with a keen eye for detail developed in the design industry.
David Coate, CA, CPA, CFP

Having worked in the accounting profession before joining CIBC Wood Gundy in 2016, David has a unique perspective of tax and estate planning challenges that most of our clients will face during their lifetime.
Being able to draw on prior knowledge and experience from his accounting career and apply that prior experience to new advisor and client relationships is a valuable asset to our team and our partners.

Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, working with horses, and travelling.
