Carmine is a Certified Financial Planner and Portfolio Manager and has been assisting clients build, enrich and protect their wealth for over 25 years.
Carmine and his team, The Preziuso Advisory Group, begin the discovery process with a multi-level approach to understanding each client’s unique situation before they embark on preparing a comprehensive portfolio plan. His tactical approach starts with accessing a client’s circumstances, analyzing what needs to be done, targeting the appropriate strategies required and finally implementing and executing a wealth strategy leveraging different components of CIBC’s Private Wealth partners. Through this unique approach, Carmine has been able to consistently deliver results in the areas of retirement, investment planning and corporate solutions to individuals and business owners alike.
Joseph Campanelli
Associate Investment Advisor
Joseph is an Associate Investment Advisor and also holds the Personal Financial Planning designation. He began his career in the financial services industry in 2010, and for the past 10 years, Joseph has been committed to working closely with clients and places an emphasis on providing a truly positive client experience. With an understanding that each client has a unique set of circumstances with their financial make-up, Joseph places an importance on spending time with each one to better understand their needs, values and lifestyle.
Evelyn Velasquez
Financial Associate
Evelyn is a licensed Financial Associate who has been in the financial services industry for 28 years in various roles responsible for all aspects of client service such as account openings and documentation, client correspondence and trading. Evelyn’s favourite part of her day is interacting with clients and providing them with excellent service. Helping clients gives her a great sense of satisfaction.
Outside of her role Evelyn enjoys volunteering for various causes that she is passionate about. She did volunteer work at the 2015 PANAM games as well as volunteer on a trip to Cuba (donating toys, clothing, etc. to people in remote areas). She has been the Branch Ambassador for CIBC Run for the Cure for several years. Evelyn has also volunteered for Wildlife WWF Canada by walking up the CN Tower for fundraising. When Evelyn is not in the office, she loves spending time with her children and family.
Anthony Pepers
Client Associate
In supporting administrative duties for the team, Anthony ensures a positive experience for each of our clients. He is responsible for handling all aspects of clientele service, such as account openings and documentation, along with all client correspondence. Anthony graduated from King’s University College at Western University, and Fanshawe College (under their collaborative Finance and Wealth Management program) with a degree in Finance and a diploma in Business Finance.
While not at work, Anthony enjoys reading, playing and watching sports like football and basketball, as well as spending time with friends and family.
Karl Prelak
Client Associate
Karl began his career in the financial services industry in 2021 and brings both financial and investment experience to the team. He is a graduate from Lakehead University where he attained his Bachelor of Science. He has a passion for finance and a commitment to supporting clients’ financial goals.
Karl’s focus is on client administration, financial planning preparation, providing exceptional client service, along with other essential functions to support the team. Karl is fully licensed to trade and will help ensure expert execution and peace of mind for our clients.
