He has worked within the financial services industry for over 30 years with half that time at CIBC Wood Gundy. After his undergraduate degree from UPEI, Brady continued to expand his many designations in order to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients and their families. He holds a number of professional designations including Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He is an accredited Investment Portfolio Manager, Options registered, and Life Insurance licensed across the country. He collaborates with other professionals to ensure each client receives expert advice and holistic wealth management solutions.

Ross is a Senior Wealth Advisor with over 15 years of experience helping high-net-worth families, executives, and business owners navigate their financial futures. He provides tailored investment portfolios, cash flow strategies, and comprehensive wealth planning, collaborating closely with CIBC experts to deliver solutions across business, credit, and estate planning. A strong relationship builder, Ross is known for connecting with clients on a personal level, offering guidance that extends beyond traditional investment management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University, an Executive MBA from McGill and HEC Montréal, the CIM® designation, and is a CFA Level II Candidate. Raised in Halifax, he is fluent in French and Spanish. Ross and his wife Natalia are thrilled to recently welcome their baby girl, Emma-Sofia, joining big brother Mateo.

Beyond her career, Leanne shares her passion for the arts as an instructor at a local dance studio in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Nancy has worked with CIBC for over 25 years. Growing up in New Brunswick, Nancy moved to Halifax to receive her B.A. (Economics) degree from Dalhousie University, and fortunately has not left. She has completed various industry courses over her career while at CIBC Wood Gundy. Nancy actively volunteers in the community with various organizations.

Liza began her career as an Administrative Assistant with CIBC Wood Gundy Toronto in 2024, where she quickly developed a passion for supporting a dynamic and client-focused team. In 2025, she joined Doyle Jacobs Advisory Group to continue growing within the firm and gain experience in a new market. As a new member of the industry, she’s committed to learning and developing skills to contribute effectively to both our team and our clients. Outside of work, she enjoyed hiking and exploring the scenic trails.

Bruce believes that the key to working successfully with clients is talking to them, not just about their needs, but also their life objectives and how insurance can assist them in the achievement of their goals. Prior to joining CIBC Wood Gundy, Bruce was with a leading insurance company where he was the Director of Sales for National Accounts. In addition to his sales and management roles, he also brings experience from the actuarial side of the desk. This perspective allows him to have a deeper understanding in dealing with insurance needs. Bruce brings with him a strong analytical and mathematical background, having earned his MSc. in Mathematics from Dalhousie University.

Thomas is a proponent of wealth management and believes that the key to successful financial planning is listening to clients’ needs and life objectives with a focus on how the use of life insurance can assist them in achieving their goals. He previously worked at one of the most successful independent financial planning firms where he primarily provided estate planning and retirement solutions. In addition to his sales and client relationship experience, Thomas also worked with one of the largest insurance companies on the product service and development side allowing him to build in-depth knowledge of current and past insurance products.

Originally from Bedford, N.S., Patrick attended St. Francis Xavier University and began his career in 2013 at an accounting firm in Halifax. His experience includes serving high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses, along with six years as Director of Finance for several locally operated franchise businesses.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) since 2016, he completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Program in 2018. He lives in the Armdale area of Halifax with his family.
