Frank started in the investment business in 1987 at the Wood Gundy office in Edmonton. In 2009 he was recruited to manage the Kitchener Waterloo and Guelph offices for CIBC Wood Gundy, which luckily for he and his wife Louise, allowed them to live close to their daughter Mackenzie. Shortly after his arrival in Kitchener Waterloo, Frank founded the Surprise Movie Night fundraiser for K.W. Counselling, held annually at the Princess Cinema, which has raised over $100,000. He is also a strong supporter of the Humane Society KW Stratford Perth and the Hamilton Burlington SPCA organizations. Frank is also an accomplished fine art photographer. He has had solo exhibitions in Edmonton, Munich, and Tokyo. His work can be found in private, corporate, institutional, and government collections around the world. Being from Edmonton, his favorite team is the Edmonton Oilers, so he sympathizes with Toronto Maple Leaf fans.

Frank holds the Chartered Investment Manager designation and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
