Kris was born and raised in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. A graduate of the Business Administration program at the University of Prince Edward Island, Kris received the Dean's list stature and was granted several business awards during his four-year tenure. Kris began his career with CIBC in 2004. Through hard work and strong business acumen, Kris works with his clients to design plans that encompass their unique dreams and goals. Wayne has worked as an investment advisor with Wood Gundy for over 30 years. His interest in stocks began with delivering the Toronto Star and charting prices in the early 1970's.

Irene holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Management from Carleton University.

Beyond her professional life, Irene is a passionate dancer and an accomplished dance teacher. Her love for outdoor activities and sports, including skiing, biking, golfing, and camping, keeps her energized and inspired outside of the office.
