Marc LeBlanc, MBA, CIM, FCSI
Marc is the Senior Portfolio Manager of LeBlanc Investment Group. A Chartered Investment Manager with over 30 years of experience, Marc is fluent in both English and French. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute and holds an MBA from Queen's University.
Within the community, Marc currently sits on the board of directors for the Providence Care Hospital. He is also the Investment Advisor for the Community Foundation for Kingston & Area. Over the years, he has been involved in several other local charities as a volunteer and in a governance capacity.
Lisa Wittur, CFP®, CIM®
Lisa joined the LeBlanc Investment Group in 2018 and now has over 25 years of experience. Her area of focus are financial and estate planning. If you want to know what your retirement picture looks like, or if you want to implement changes to your estate plan, Lisa is here to guide you through the process.
She is a graduate of Western University and holds designations as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM® ).
Lisa's many passions include her family, husband Bill and son Mason. When not working, Lisa enjoys traveling, photography, exploring new restaurants, volunteering in the community and knitting.
Annie LeBlanc, CFA
Annie grew up in Kingston and attended Queen's University where she received her Bachelor of Commerce with honours from the Smith School of Business. She is also a CFA charterholder.
Prior to joining the LeBlanc Investment Group, Annie worked as an equity analyst for four years at 1832 Asset Management. In this role, Annie gained valuable experience in conducting fundamental analysis on both companies and industries.
Annie is excited to begin a career in wealth management and looks forward to leveraging her skills with LeBlanc Investment Group.
Sarah Decker, MBA
Sarah grew up in Kingston, graduated from Carleton University in 1992, and received an MBA from Queen’s University in 2003. Sarah has spent the past eight years at a previous institution gaining a solid understanding of the financial sector from both the front line as an Advisor and Director to the head office as a Manager, Client Experience.
Sarah’s experience is diverse and includes retail management, advertising, financial services, and academia. She is currently licensed for insurance and mutual funds and is working on her Canadian Securities Course (CSC). The common thread in Sarah’s career is providing the best possible experience for clients, always working in their best interests. This is truly where Sarah’s passion lies.
Sarah is married to Shaun, who owns a dog grooming business, and has a son, Jack who is 14. They have a dog, Spike, who is an adopted Havanese. She loves to travel, spend time at her family cottage, attend concerts, and recently took up quilting.
