Carlos has been in the financial industry since 1992, beginning his career with a leading bank where he held a management role in several branches. From there, he went onto currency trading where he structured foreign currency options/forward contracts and spot transactions for that bank's largest corporate clients. In 1997, Carlos accepted a position at a leading brokerage firm and began his career as an Investment Advisor. Carlos moved to CIBC Wood Gundy in 2002 in order to continue on with his Investment Management career. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Manitoba, is licensed in Canadian and U.S. Options and Commodities and holds his Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan Insurance Licenses. When not in the office, Carlos enjoys spending much of his time with his two children, Lucas and Nicholas.

Shannon has been in the financial services industry since 1997. She currently holds the Portfolio Manager designation and works with Carlos to provide discretionary investment management services that allow our clients to have as much, or as little, involvement in the day-to-day operations of their portfolio as they wish. Shannon was a recipient of the Annual Achievers award which is indicative of the dedication she has to our clients as well as our team. Her extensive knowledge in all areas of concern to our clients is unmatched by anyone in the industry.
