No credential is as widely regarded in the global financial industry for its rigorous focus on current knowledge, analytical skill, and fiduciary responsibility as the CFA designation. Peter has also earned degrees in economics and commerce, as well as a Master of Business Administration, majoring in finance. His industry experience includes working in the insurance, banking and securities industries with international experience gained through overseas postings in London and Tokyo, as well as derivative experience working for a major New York-based bank. He has many years of experience in the fixed income markets, both domestically and internationally. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and is a member of the Toronto CFA Society. Peter is actively involved in a number of community organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Simcoe Community Homes and is a Director of the Norfolk General Hospital Foundation and Chairman of their Audit Committee.

Colleen has obtained her PFP (Professional Financial Planning), FMA (Financial Management Advisor) and EPC (Elder Planning Counselor) designations. Colleen is community minded and has served on various volunteer committees over the years and is currently Treasurer of the Norfolk Community Foundation.
