Sean Tyson serves as District Branch Manager at CIBC Wood Gundy, where he leads efforts to expand the firm’s network and elevate client experiences throughout Saskatchewan. With over 25 years in the financial industry, including nearly two decades at CIBC Wood Gundy, Sean’s leadership is driven by a commitment to continuous learning and a passion for helping advisors elevate client experiences. He holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan. Sean is passionate about supporting advisors as they help clients achieve their financial goals and adapt to industry changes. Away from the office, Sean and his wife Dayna enjoy life in Regina and are dedicated to their two daughters currently studying at university. For fun, they travel, love good food, and enjoy cheering on the Roughriders.

Janet Tranborg is the Associate Branch Manager at both CIBC Wood Gundy Regina, and Saskatoon, bringing with her nearly 25 years of experience with CIBC. Janet began her career with CIBC while completing her Commerce degree at the University of Saskatchewan, and since graduating, she has taken on increasingly senior roles within the management team across rural Saskatchewan, Regina, and Saskatoon.

Janet is recognized for her expertise in human resources and management, and she takes pride in providing her teams with the support they need to succeed in all aspects of their work. Her commitment to building strong relationships is evident through her active engagement with Wood Gundy, Commercial Banking, and broader community connections. Janet is a visible and dedicated ambassador for CIBC in Saskatoon, consistently representing the bank’s values and mission.

Beyond her professional achievements, Janet is deeply involved in community initiatives, including the Canadian Cancer Society's CIBC Run for the Cure and United Way fundraising events. She is known for her volunteer spirit, contributing to countless committees and causes over the years.

In her spare time, Janet is devoted to her two boys, whether she’s cheering them on as a hockey mom at the rink or enjoying camping and other adventures together. Her passion for community and family shines through in everything she does, making her a valued member of both the branch and the Regina community.

Leila Pritchard has been a dedicated member of Wood Gundy for the past seven years, bringing a wealth of experience and a positive spirit to the branch. Leila began her journey as a Sales Assistant and has served as Branch Administrator for the past three years, where she is passionate about supporting team members in reaching their goals.

Before joining Wood Gundy, Leila built a diverse professional background in both the non-profit sector and the oil industry, managing accounts payable, payroll, and other key responsibilities. Her work as a Sales Assistant was rewarding, as she found great fulfillment in helping clients achieve their financial objectives.

Leila’s collaborative approach and keen organizational skills continue to make her a valuable asset to the team. She is excited to focus on empowering staff, fostering an environment where everyone has an opportunity to grow.

Outside of work, Leila has been happily married for 39 years and is the proud parent of three adult children. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, camping, hiking, reading, painting, and expressing her creativity. Leila is also an enthusiastic supporter of the Saskatchewan Roughriders, always cheering them on with pride.
