Richard has over 37 years of experience in the investment industry, with a strong track record of managing wealth for both individual clients and businesses. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University and a Business Administration Diploma from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Richard's other interests include enjoying the outdoors, sports, cycling, hockey, and boating. He enjoys spending time at his family cottage in Long Point. Richard supports many charitable organizations annually. He stays connected with the Western Mustangs football team through coaching the offensive line and providing mentorship on and off the field. Richard had a successful CFL career playing left tackle for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, highlighted by winning the Grey Cup in 1984.
Jaime has over seven years of experience in the financial services industry and has cultivated well-rounded expertise in Wealth Advisory. Jaime’s journey began in 2018 while completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at Fanshawe College in London, ON. She joined the industry early and discovered her passion for delivering exceptional client service, which allowed her to thrive in her role. As a high performer, Jaime joined Private Wealth, where she learned how to simplify the complexity of managing wealth for her clients and supported them in areas such as banking, credit solutions, investment management, and tax and estate planning. Jaime believes in building strong long-term relationships with her clients and delivering a comprehensive approach to managing their wealth.
Jaime is a passionate lifelong learner and has completed several industry courses. Currently, Jaime is pursuing an MBA degree at McMaster University and working towards completing the Chartered Investment Management (CIM®) Designation.
Outside of work, Jaime is actively involved in her community with Girl Guides of Canada as a mentor and guiding leader, where she is dedicated to helping young girls and women develop leadership skills and build confidence. Jaime resides in Grand Bend, ON with her husband Joshua, where they enjoy road cycling, working on personal renovation projects, and spending time on the family farm.
Amy Goncalves brings 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in servicing high net worth clients. She is recognized for her exceptional customer service skills, patience, empathy, and adaptability—qualities that have been refined throughout her career.
Amy’s commitment to professional growth led her to spend several years in Newfoundland, where she further developed her expertise and broadened her perspective. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Religious Studies from the University of Western Ontario.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys antiquing, hiking, and reading a good book. She also values spending quality time with her husband, Jamie, and their daughter, Olivia, especially when Olivia is home from University.
