Kevin Bon, CFA
Born and raised in Ottawa, Kevin attended Ashbury College before earning a bachelor degree from Harvard University. Since then, this practice has been his life’s work. In 1997, at age 22, he joined CIBC Wood Gundy, in 2001 he earned the CFA designation, and today it is his privilege to manage over $600 million on behalf of a select group of 150 families.
Outside the office, he is a long-time volunteer at the Rideau Club, and also at Ashbury and Harvard, both of which place heavy emphasis on expanding access to deserving students through need-based financial aid. He is an avid squash and tennis player, and an embarrassingly loud supporter of his son’s collegiate rowing career. He is also an unapologetic music nerd who once directed an a cappella group, and who routinely books flights to follow Tedeschi Trucks Band.
He currently splits his time between Ottawa and Toronto.
Lisa Stark
Lisa is a highly dedicated finance industry veteran, and she has been providing clients with exceptional service for over 40 years. For the last 23 of those, she has been the true boss of Kevin’s team. She is never allowed to retire.
An Ottawa native, Lisa enjoys traveling south and spending time with her family, including three young grandchildren. She also enjoys baking and hands-on home renovations.
Rob Gray
Rob grew up in the Interior of BC before embarking on nearly a decade of travel, athletics, and study. He has accumulated a rich tapestry of experiences, having lived in Holland, the south of France, five Canadian provinces, and one territory, and having attended three universities along the way.
He left a Senior Financial Advisor role at CIBC in Toronto to join Kevin’s practice in early 2020. Still a wanderlust at heart, he appreciates travel, arts, culture and music, but is now firmly footed in the forest of Chelsea, Quebec where he lives with his wife, young son and their dog Grover.
