She holds a bilingual BBA from HEC Montréal specializing in market finance and investment consulting, and is a CFA charterholder since 2023. The CFA designation is globally recognized and attests to a charterholder’s success in a rigorous and comprehensive study program in the field of investment management and research analysis. In her spare time, Maude takes advantage of the nice weather to go hiking, and the bad weather to play board games with her family.

Laurence holds a BCom in finance from Concordia University and has earned the Derivatives Market Specialist certification from the Canadian Securities Institute. Mireille’s unique process ensures clients are comfortable with their estate planning solutions and are in line with their unique goals and objectives. She has been working in the area of financial and estate planning since 2001.

Nabil Jlidi is a Financial Planner, who joined CIBC in 2004. His experience in the financial services industry servicing affluent clients dates back to 1998. Nabil holds a Master of Science in Economy from the Université de Montréal, a certificate in financial planning and a certificate in finance from HEC Montréal. Since 2003, Nabil also holds the Financial Planner designation with the Institut Québécois de Planification Financière (IQPF).

Nabil concentrates on the financial planning needs of affluent and high-net-worth families, small-mid sized businesses and those seeking retirement and taxation planning.

I have over 23 years of experience in the financial services sector. I provide customized advice and direction on complex issues such as retirement, tax, and estate planning. My experience allows me to quickly size up a client's needs and provide elaborate financial plans. As an accrediated professional, I earned my undergraduate degree in economics at Concordia University. I have both the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and the Financial Planner (IQPF) designations, as well as the Registered Life Underwriter (R.L.U.) designation.

Philippe heads the Quebec MMIB practice at CIBC, where he is responsible to source and execute divestiture, acquisition and private placement mandates for mid-market companies located between Ottawa and Newfoundland

Philippe has over 22 years of mid-market M&A and corporate finance experience at CIBC, and has been involved in structuring and executing more than 100 Canadian and cross-border M&A and capital raising for private mid-market companies.

Prior to joining CIBC, he was at a leading independent economic publication firm where he was responsible for providing investment research on the G-10 countries. Philippe holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University with Distinction and is a CFA charterholder.
