Marie Organ
Senior Investment Advisor
Certified Financial Planner
Marie Organ is a Investment Advisor with a passion for people, their financial well-being, and her community. Marie started on the path to a career in financial planning at Saint Mary's University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Certificate in Human Resource Management. Her focus on multiple disciplines, namely business and people, was clear from the beginning.
With a commitment to lifelong learning Marie continued her education after university by achieving her Financial Management Advisor designation, obtaining her insurance license, her Certificate in Retirement Strategy and Certified Financial Planner certification.
Marie’s focus has always been on tailoring financial plans to the unique life situations of her clients. For 25 years Marie has built a network of industry experts in insurance, tax management, will and estate planning and succession planning for small business.
Growing up in a family business Marie has an appreciation for the challenges that business owners face and a first-hand experience of the dynamics that a family-owned business can experience. It is her upbringing in this environment that largely contributed to her passion for planning.
With a family of her own and a love of travel, Marie understands the importance of a balanced lifestyle and planning for tomorrow. Marie enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their Portuguese Water Dog in the outdoors, camping, hiking, golfing, and kayaking.

Kate Ross, BA, JD
Senior Trust and Estate Consultant
As a Senior Trust and Estate Consultant, I believe that a key component of any wealth management plan is estate planning which provides you and your family with confidence and peace of mind by protecting you, your family, your assets, and preserving your legacy.
For complex estate and trust issues, I can draw on the expertise of my Cl BC partners, recommend external professionals and help develop solutions and coordinate communication.
Administering an estate or trust or acting as an attorney for property is time consuming and requires knowledge of many different areas. My team and I have the expertise to execute or assist others to execute those roles effectively and efficiently, relieving the burden of administration from loved ones and allowing them to focus on what matters most.
