Caring For Kids Fund

Over 15 years ago, a group of Investment Advisors at CIBC Wood Gundy Vancouver Bentall branch decided to do something for disadvantaged children in their community. It was at this point they began contributing personal funds through payroll deductions to fund a hot breakfast program at Mount Pleasant Elementary School. From this origin, the effort grew and so did the money raised.
Along with a Christmas Card program and other donations, the Caring For Kids Fund raises over $250,000 per year for local Vancouver children's charities. Over the past five years, the Investment Advisors at CIBC Wood Gundy at Vancouver Bentall have generously provided these charities with over $1.2 million in funding.
