Lyle was awarded his Portfolio Manager designation in the fall of 2013. As a licensed Portfolio Manager, he now provides discretionary managed services to his clients. The discretionary management service allows our group to manage accounts so that clients do not need to be involved in the day-to-day trading and can concentrate on what matters most to them. They can rest assured knowing that their portfolio continues to be managed under predefined guidelines in an agreed upon Investment Policy Statement.
In addition to discretionary managed services, Lyle and his team offer practical strategies for clients ranging from institutions with strict, low-risk investment guidelines to advice on portfolios of individual stocks for clients that wish to maintain a level of control over security selection. He also offers retirement and estate planning solutions for clients in conjunction with CIBC Wood Gundy's Estate Planning Specialists.
In 2014 and 2015, Lyle was recognized as one of the Top 50 Advisors in Canada by Wealth Professional Magazine. Also, in 2015 he was a finalist for Wealth Professional Awards' Advisor of the Year and the Multi-Service Advisor of the year awards.
Lyle has been married to Dana for over 25 years and has two children, Nolan and Danielle. When away from work, Lyle spends most of his time with his family and friends and is an avid participant and fan of sports, music, movies and fishing.
