Mark Dobbie has been in the industry since 2005, and he has been managing affluent clients at CIBC since 2008. He applies his expertise when providing investment and financial planning advice to high net worth clients and their families. Mark holds the Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP®) as well as a Bachelor of Mathematics Degree from Carleton University. His investment philosophy is one of customization: each client deserves to be treated uniquely as an individual. In his spare time Mark is either following the Raptors and Blue Jays, or spending time with his son and wife.
Justine Wong
Justine graduated from the University of Toronto majoring in Anthropology and is passionate about the evolution of humankind both in the physical and financial realm! She has been working in the Financial Services industry since 2022. Justine excels at providing excellent client service which in turn fulfills her love of helping others. During her free time, Justine enjoys traveling to new destinations, keeping active, and baking sweets.
Yolanda Bian
Yolanda has over 5 years of experience working with high and ultra-high net worth clients in wealth management. Yolanda is highly educated with an MBA from Lakehead University and also has an economics degree from McMaster University. Yolanda is able to focus on building long-term, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring clients feel confident and well-supported in managing their financial goals.
She likes to watch movies and golf in her spare time.

His prior background includes experience in management consulting. He was on the economics faculty at the University of Toronto and in the summer program at Harvard's John F.
