Mark Dobbie has been in the industry since 2005, and he has been managing affluent clients at CIBC since 2008. He applies his expertise when providing investment and financial planning advice to high net worth clients and their families. Mark holds the Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP®) as well as a Bachelor of Mathematics Degree from Carleton University. His investment philosophy is one of customization: each client deserves to be treated uniquely as an individual. In his spare time Mark is either following the Raptors and Blue Jays, or spending time with his son and wife.

Geoff believes that a tailored approach is essential when implementing insurance solutions that are designed to preserve, enhance, transfer and protect the wealth of clients, whether personal or corporately owned.
Geoff has earned many professional designations throughout his career, including the CFP, CLU, CHS and CEA designations. Geoff also earned his Bachelor of Sports Management (BSM) Degree from Brock University.
Geoff resides in Oakville with his wife Jenn and daughter Emma.
Away from the office, you can find Geoff at the cottage with his family or playing recreational sports at the local hockey rink, baseball diamond, or golf course.

Avery Shenfeld is Managing Director and Chief Economist of CIBC Capital Markets. He has been with CIBC since 1993 and is widely recognized as one of Canada's leading economists for his perceptive analysis and insight on economic developments and their implications for financial markets.
He is a repeat winner of the Dow Jones Market Watch forecasting award and has received awards for forecast accuracy on the U.S. and Canadian economies by Bloomberg Markets. He has also been consistently ranked as one of the top Canadian economists by institutional investors.
His prior background includes experience in management consulting. He was on the economics faculty at the University of Toronto and in the summer program at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government. He has addressed numerous business groups and has been quoted in the media in the United States, Canada, Asia and Europe.
