Movember

Movember is an international event that takes place every November, where participants grow mustaches to raise awareness and funds for men's health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. The primary purpose is to bring attention to these critical health issues and to encourage men to act regarding their health and well-being. In 2024, Movember continues its mission to address these health concerns, promote early detection, and fund research and support programs. By participating, individuals help spread awareness and contribute to the ongoing efforts to improve men's health outcomes. I have participated for the past eleven years.
