Sandra is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg and holds the Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and the Financial Management Advisor (FMA) designations. She is also Life Licensed and is able to provide insurance solutions in areas of financial management, tax planning and wealth succession. As a discretionary Portfolio Manager, Sandra is part of a select group of industry professionals who have superior analytical and communications skills and knowledge of markets and industry products. Sandra's financial expertise provides solutions to enhance her clients' quality of life, family and future.
Sandra was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba and moved to White Rock, B.C. in 1992. Since living in British Columbia, she has seen the rapid development and growth within her own community. Sandra is a board member of the Centre for Child Development and is committed to giving back to kids to help them reach their full potential. The joy and satisfaction in working with such an amazing organization has allowed her to participate in many fundraising activities through CIBC Wood Gundy's Miracle Day or through her work on the Foundation with the Run,Walk and Roll, Dine to Make a Difference and the annual Gala of Hope. Sandra is married to Robert and has two children David and Rachel who both work in the financial services industry. Sandra is honored to have her daughter Rachel work alongside her with the Dyck Investment Management team at CIBC Wood Gundy.

Rachel Dyck is an Investment Advisor at CIBC Wood Gundy. She started working at CIBC in 2006 after graduating from the University of Alberta. Throughout her years in the industry she has advised clients on cash management, lending, investment management and insurance needs. Her ability to naturally connect with clients combined with her passion for financial planning has made Rachel a trusted advisor. She holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations. She makes financial planning simple, asking the right questions, helping clients identify their goals and listening to understand their concerns. Getting to know the client is the most important part of her process. It is the foundation that is necessary to create a plan and provide suitable advice customized for each clients' specific goals.
Rachel likes to keep active by playing beach volleyball, camping, skiing and hiking the local mountains with her dog Maggie. Her hunger for adventure keeps her busy seeing new parts of the world.

Sonja Mills is one of those increasingly rare people who have maintained a career in the same business with over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry and with CIBC. Sonja has served in many important roles, working with retail banking clients as well as affluent individuals. She lives in the community with her husband Brian and together they enjoy walking, boating and gardening. They have two daughters Elyse and Lynsey who also work in the financial services industry.

In 2020 Su graduated with distinction from Trinity Western University with a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) specializing in finance and accounting. Born in Myanmar and growing up in Singapore, Su has a multicultural background and enjoys meeting people and learning different cultures. Su loves to cook, hike, and spend her weekends looking for outdoor adventures or local craft breweries.
Manroop Nirbain

Growing up in the lower mainland, Manroop was introduced to the world of finance by her father who regularly took her to the local bank branch on weekends. She completed the Business Administration and Management Program at British Columbia Institute of Technology and the Canadian Securities Course offered through the Canadian Securities Institute of Canada.
She began her career in retail banking as a client advisor before progressing to wealth management in 2022. In her spare time, Manroop enjoys trying new restaurants, going to the gym and loves spending time with her friends and family.
