Holding the designations of Financial Security Advisor, Canadian Investment Manager and Fellow of CSI, he uses his knowledge and professionalism to serve all of our clients.

Jacinthe Marquis, B.Comm., TEP
Jacinthe Marquis helps ultra-high-net-worth families define and implement their vision of their wealth, family and community.
She supports them in estate planning, business succession, philanthropy and wealth protection. With many years of experience in cross-border taxation, Jacinthe also helps families navigate the tax issues related to dual citizenship and the acquisition, management and transfer of wealth on both sides of the border during lifetime and upon death. Jacinthe began her career as a tax professional.
For a few years now, she has been expanding her horizons to support clients in their wealth management and mission—for themselves, their community and future generations. Jacinthe is a member of the STEP. She is known for her authenticity and ability to provide practical and accessible advice.
Hélène Marquis
Regional Director, CIBC Wealth Advisory Services
Hélène holds an LL.L from Université de Montréal and a Graduate Diploma in Taxation from the University of Sherbrooke. She is a member of the Québec Bar. She obtained her IQPF certification as a Financial Planner in 1997. She is actively involved in a number of professional associations relating to financial and tax planning. She has been chair of the STEP Canada Montreal chapter for the years 2012-2014. She was also a member of the Board of Directors of the APFF from 2004-2012. She is a member and a regular speaker at annual conferences and training seminars of the APFF (Fiscal and Financial Planners Association), the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP), the Conference for Advances Life Underwriting (CALU), and the Institut québecois de planification financière (IQPF). She also contributes to various professional publications and magazines dealing with technical taxation and financial planning issues.
Martin Goulet, CPA
Senior Estate Planning Specialist
Martin Goulet is part of the CIBC Private Wealth team. He is an experienced estate planning specialist with a strong expertise in life and health insurance. Martin’s training as a Chartered Professional Accountant and as a Financial Planner allows him to analyze the complex aspects of our clients' financial situation.
Martin started his professional career in a large global accounting firm where he served as an auditor and then as a tax advisor in the firm’s Quebec City and Toronto offices. He has been working as a financial security advisor since 2000.
During his career, Martin delivered several conferences and training sessions on the subject of personal finances, most notably in conjunction with activities organized through the Ordre des CPA du Québec, the Association de planification fiscale et financière and the Centre québécois de formation en fiscalité. Over the past few years, he also gave many training sessions for employees or clients of accounting firms.
Alexandra Labbé
Associate Estate Planning Specialist
Alexandra is an Associate Estate Planning Specialist and a Financial Security Advisor. She works closely with the CIBC Private Wealth partners as a life and health insurance professional. Her training as a financial planner allows her to analyze the complex aspects of our clients' financial situation.
Alexandra enjoys travelling, reading, skiing and running. She is also part of a dragon boat team.
Caroline Hamel, CPA

Caroline has extensive experience, having worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years, including 16 with major accounting firms, where she mostly focused on client tax planning.
Just before joining our CIBC Private Wealth Quebec team in January 2019, she spent nearly 10 years with an insurance company as the director of a team responsible for complex client financial and estate planning issues.
Nathalie Lemelin
Financial Planning Specialist
Nathalie joined the financial services industry in 1990 and has held several positions in banking and financial planning. She has over 20 years of experience in a financial planning advisory role, supporting a portfolio of clients of nearly 300 families.
This experience has enabled her to help these Canadian families achieve their financial goals. She has been a member of the IQPF since 2004 and has held the position of Financial Planning Specialist since 2021.
