Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and geographic locations globally. We selectively work with a limited number of households comprising of high net worth families, executives, entrepreneurs, trusts and institutions. What is the minimum investment requirement?

Our services are best suited for households with a minimum of CDN$1,000,000 in investable assets. It should be noted that our clients generally qualify as ‘accredited investors.' Our main goal is to find the right ‘fit' between us and our clients. We encourage inquiries if it is believed a household is suited for our wealth management solutions.

What is your fee structure?

Our fee structure is defined by the client's needs and only applies to actively managed assets. We pride ourselves on being very competitive with our fee. We also emphasize tax-efficient fees where applicable. A typical client will have a combination of fee-based (discretionary) accounts and traditional transaction based accounts (to hold legacy stock positions for example).

We would be happy to give you a second opinion of your current portfolio and wealth plan. We hold various industry leading designations such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) which help us to conduct a thorough unbiased analysis. Our analysis covers all aspects of the investments, asset allocation and wealth plan. There is no cost for this service as we are happy to share our expertise.

 

I am thinking of selling my business, what value can you add?

We work directly with investment bankers and private equity firms to help transition and divest client's private businesses across a variety of industries. We also have extensive contacts in corporate finance that are available to offer a private valuation as a starting point in the transition process.

 

How do I make a referral?

With the permission of the person or entity you would like to refer, please give us their contact information and we will send them an introduction package. When deemed appropriate, we will then follow up to set an initial meeting to gage the ‘fit' of the working relationship. If both sides determine there is a good fit we will move forward.
