A seasoned Cyber Risk Advisor and author of Hack Proof: A Guide to Cybersecurity for Your Business. Sergey, a tech enthusiast since the age of 12 and the founder of the award-winning IT companies, will share easy-to-understand advice on protecting your organization from cyber threats.

Sergey’s story is a unique. Very rarely do we hear of Russian hackers, going legit and this is that story. Sergey Poltev grew up in Russia and was heavily involved in the IT space. From one of the only people to see both sides of the cybersecurity world, Sergey brings an extremely unique perspective on how to help small businesses improve their cyber-hygiene and impart you with the knowledge, you can use today to make a difference with your business. From insights and tips to solutions that actually work, his talks are always unique given his background. Now a published author, he brings over 30 years of cyber-knowledge to the forefront in this engaging talk.

Miles is a multi-award winning speaker and international sales and marketing professional. After 15 years working with partners in London and Toronto he joined the Kaseya team in 2020, bringing a wealth of international relationship building experience. Based in Vancouver (where his career started in radio) Miles spends his days (mostly) out on the road talking about all things technology and business, often with an emphasis on cybersecurity.
