Natalie Hainz

Natalie began her career with CIBC in 1989 and has worked with Richard since 2005. She is dedicated to providing excellent client service and is the lead in all administrative and compliance initiatives. Natalie's vast knowledge of the inner workings of CIBC internal systems and her attention to detail ensures a seamless client administration experience.

Sacha has worked in the retail investment industry since 1994 and joined The De Melo Financial Group in 2011. She has a broad range of invaluable experience working with retail private clients. Her years of professional experience aid her in developing strategies to enhance our client's customer service experience.
Kuldeep Randhawa
Administrative Associate
Kuldeep joined CIBC in 1992 and has supported many different areas of the bank through her tenure. She was a valued member of the Private Banking Team before coming to Wood Gundy in the Spring of 2022. She has extensive administrative experience and client service experience and is always willing to help out in any capacity she can.
Sereen Khan
Client Associate
Sereen graduated from university of Toronto with a Bachelor's of Commerce and specialized in Accounting with a major in Economics.
She started working with CIBC Wood Gundy in August of 2023. Before her current role as a Client Associate, she was a branch operations assistant at the Burlington location.
