David Ricciardelli, CFA

Portfolio Manager & Senior Wealth Advisor

David started his career as a management consultant at IBM.  At IBM, he focused on helping companies navigate difficult projects, optimize infrastructure and improve business process.  He quickly rose through the ranks to lead a national consulting practice as one of the youngest consultants IBM ever certified, and one of the youngest principals IBM ever confirmed.
 
His passion for financial markets led him to pursue an MBA from the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto and a CFA designation. He joined a global bulge bracket broker as an institutional equity sales professional and later moved to another global broker as the Head of Institutional Equity Sales. In these roles, he was responsible for helping professional money managers make investment decisions.
 
His passions include golf, squash, cycling, Juventus and wine.
 

Carlo Pucci, CFP

Associate Wealth Advisor

Carlo has over twenty-five years of Financial Services experience having joined CIBC in 1999 as an equities/options trader. He joined CIBC Wood Gundy in 2021 as an Associate Investment Advisor with the Ricciardelli Investment Group. He previously managed a team of twenty client-facing investment specialists. Carlo then worked for twelve years as an accredited CIBC Senior Financial Planner, providing full retirement/investment advice and credit planning for the bank's high net worth clients. Carlo enjoys spending time with his two teenage children and coaches junior baseball every summer.

 

Chris Matthews, CIM

Associate Wealth Advisor

Chris Matthews joined Ricciardelli Investment Group as an Associate Wealth Advisor in 2022. Chris works directly with clients to implement and maintain wealth management strategies. Chris' responsibilities include overseeing investment portfolios and ensuring they are inline with clients' financial objectives.

Chris was recruited to join another investment firm out of university where he spent seven years helping professionals, business owners and retirees build and protect wealth. Chris transitioned his practice to CIBC in 2021. His passions include capital markets, building relationships and helping people succeed. Chris spends his leisure time in the outdoors, traveling, skiing, playing soccer, and playing with this his dog Lola.

 

Prasanna Vittal

Associate Wealth Advisor

Prasanna joined the Ricciardelli Investment Group in 2022 with ten years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining the team, he was a product manager at an insurance company . Prasanna is exceptional at delivering innovative solutions that are tailored to an individual’s evolving needs. Prasanna is active in sports and a fan of basketball, soccer, and flag football. He enjoys spending time with his mini golden doodle, Milo.

 
 

Lily Mcmaster

Client Associate

After working as a telecommunications engineer, Lily's interest in finance and her passion for helping clients led her to a role as a CIBC mutual fund specialist more than sixteen years ago. Since then, Lily has worked exclusively in client facing roles in retail branches, at CIBC Imperial Service, and CIBC Wood Gundy. Lily has worked at Wood Gundy since 2014 and joined the Ricciardelli Investment Group in 2020 as Client Associate. Her extensive knowledge and experience allow her to drive positive client experiences and outcomes. Lily enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and cats.

 

Meghan McMahon

Client Associate

Meghan began her career with CIBC in 2013 as a teller in a retail bank. Meghan has diverse experience obtained through different roles ranging from teller, to Financial Advisor, to Branch Manager and her current role as a Client Associate in a wealth management practice, The Ricciardelli Investment Group. Her focus is delivering outstanding client experience and fostering an effective and positive work environment. Meghan is dedicated to exceeding client expectations. Meghan enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and camping. 

 

 

Gillian Kotick

Client Associate

Gillian joined the Ricciardelli Investment Group in 2023 after completing the Private Wealth Management Rotational Program. This post-graduate program allowed Gillian to experience different roles in Private Wealth, including rotations within Private Banking, Head Office, and Wood Gundy. Her previous experience includes an internship with the Business Intelligence team at CIBC in 2021. Gillian graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She enjoys spending time reading and taking care of her pet lizard Charmander.

 

James Riley

Client Associate

James' passion for finance led him to join the Ricciardelli Investment Group in 2024. Prior to joining the Ricciardelli Investment Group, he spent time in client-service positions within CIBC, starting in a sales role at CIBC Securities and eventually joining an advisory team at Wood Gundy in 2022. James' experience also includes a year as a client executive for a technology-focused marketing firm. James holds a BA from Queen's University and has completed a variety of industry related coursework. In his free time, he likes to golf and spend time outdoors.

 

Gurleen KaurGurleen Kaur

Client Associate

Gurleen joined the Ricciardelli Investment Group in 2024. She has worked in the business of Wealth Management since 2019. She has an expertise of providing tailored investment services to high-net-worth clients with a focus on client satisfaction and building strong relationships. She is currently pursuing a Business degree at York University, further expanding her knowledge in finance and Business management. In her free time, Gurleen enjoys travelling, gardening and participating in community activities.
