Trust, Transparency and Accountability
I have been actively helping clients achieve what matters to them since 2005 when I joined CIBC. A steadfast reader and student of the markets, my passion for wealth management is evident through my commitment to clients' interests and my unwavering discipline in the investment management process. My specialty is helping families and business owners gain peace-of-mind through a holistic financial plan if you are in the asset accumulation stage and a tax-efficient wealth strategy if you are retired. Central to this process is an investment portfolio custom built for your unique needs.
My designations include ongoing learning ensuring I stay current with emerging issues in the financial planning, tax-efficiency and portfolio management fields
Most recently, I was awarded the prestigious Fellow of CSI designation, reserved for financial services professionals who meet the highest standards for advanced education, industry experience and ethical conduct.
My desire to run an ethical practice extends beyond my own team's boundaries and into the security selection process. I believe that clients should align their investments with their personal values and as a provider of capital, you have the ability to reward corporations who focus on sustaining profit, as well as the environment. A company that treats the environment, employees and stakeholders with respect, is likely to be a leader in relationship building, growing the business and delivering value to its shareholders. In fact, this additional layer of research that I provide is a great complement to traditional quantitative and fundamental analysis to further reduce risk.
When I am not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family on our organic hobby farm in Peterborough, exploring the trout lakes of cottage country and volunteering in the community.
