Our holiday gift guide – the list that keeps on giving.
This past year or two forced all of us to craft new traditions to navigate the holidays, and our team has one of its own: the Greenwood White Group’s holiday gift guide. This guide is full of our team’s favourite ideas that we hope you can share with your friends and family this holiday season.
From Marc:
My wife was wrestling with ideas on how to prevent her wine from turning and ran into this product and now swears by it. Keeps wine fresh tasting for up to 4 weeks.
Coravin Pivot Preservation System
I have been searching for a carry on for a little while and ran into this one that suits my needs. It has a proximity alarm that tracks your bag, has a built-in scale and blue tooth smart lock.
Heys Smart Luggage 21” Carry-on
From Emily:
Save the Earth! …with a travel flatware set and cut down on single use plastic cutlery. Great for traveling, camping, and in the office.
Give the gift that gives…literally. Haven Toronto is a drop in centre for elderly homeless men 50+. They have a great Shop & Share program in which you can purchase meals or items of clothing and get a donation tax receipt for amounts over $20. For example, a pair of winter boots can be bought for $45, just in time before the winter comes.
From John:
Hot coffee all morning without buying more!
Stainless Steel Insulated Tumbler
I’ve reintroduced our family to cards in Covid. Way more fun and interactive than solo video games.
ART (Active Release Therapy) for way less whenever you want it.
From Olivia:
Calling all coffee lovers!! Whether espressos, lattes, cappuccinos – you name it! The Nespresso Vertuo does it all! Turn a good cup of coffee into a great one!
The hustle and grind of keeping up with daily obligations can be extremely taxing on the mind and body. The perfect solution? An unwinding experience of your choice to melt away daily stresses in exchange for nirvana… even if it’s for a day.
From Pete:
Keep your feet warm and dry on those cold, wet days on the bike.
Supply chains have been a bust this year, which is all the more reason to buy local! Here’s one of my favourite new Canadian artists from a local Canadian store.
Last winter forced a lot of us to spend a lot more time out of doors than we probably had anticipated, but also reminded us how fun enjoying Canadian winters can be. The Solo Stove is an outdoor fireplace with a patented air flow system that will keep you warm while not having to chant “I hate white rabbits” every time the wind turns in your direction.
