CAM: *1* “I think the true benefits of working with our team are you are dealing with people that are driven by integrity, honesty,(...) compassion, very different personalities, but all very strong core values. We're really good at making the clients feel very comfortable, very relaxed, and really enjoy being a part of our group.”

[Steve Steinebach on screen starts speaking *2*, voice over commentary as Brent Johnson walks down a long hallway with agricultural images on the wall, Brent then sits at desk and turns on computer, reviews his screens. STEVE: *2*”The Kirkby Wealth Advisory Group is a wealth management firm, meaning we do all of the things that help people invest their money, make their money grow, take care of all the things around their finances.(...) We see that as the base commodity of what we do, meaning it's an important tool, but what we really do is we help people achieve whatever's important to them,

basically help them make their dreams come true. Kind of corny, but it's absolutely true. We provide a multitude of services to clients. We've managed to create the team that covers off of each one of those.”

[*3* Cam Kirkby sitting at his desk on the phone looking at market graphs on his computer]

CAM: *3*”We provide a multitude of services to clients. We've managed to create the team that covers off of each one of those.”

CAM: *5* “They work very well together. They all bring different personalities,(...) different expertise to the team, but they have one common thing. They want to have fun doing what they love doing, which is taking care of our clients.”

[*6* Steve talks and voiceovers a scene of Cam standing in the boardroom at a TV, on the TV is a chart produced by CIBC, two clients a man and woman are sitting at the boardroom table listening to Cam’s discussion. The clients are in shot and are nodding along to Cam’s presentation]

STEVE *6*: “Ultimately, we want to be like your own personal CFO. You go live your life and we'll look at everything that has a financial implication and we'll assess those things and proactively guide you down that path. “

[ *7* Laurie begins to talk and it flashes to a boardroom shot of the team with Steve, Chantelle and Cam sitting at a table. The blinds are drawn and you can the CIBC logo on the window. LAURIE: *7* “All of our strengths come together to help some pretty unique circumstances. We have the bandwidth to help almost anybody.”

[*8* Voice over begins and Steve is on screen talking to a group of people at an event, behind him is a big projector screen with CIBC logo on it. Brent comes on screen and he is at his desk looking at two computer screens, cloudy fall day behind him outside the windows. Brent then begins writing something on his notepad. Jill comes to screen and she is talking to Brent via the Teams call and is chatting with a keyboard in front of her. Next Cam is sitting at his desk and Chantelle presents him paperwork to sign, she takes the paperwork and walks off.

STEVE *8*: “We are a team. Our clients are getting all of us. Each role supports the other. The advisors providing the client feedback about what their needs are and then us making the decisions about what has to be done with their investments or with their specific accounts and then passing those instructions to Laurie and Chantelle and then having that trust that they're going to execute those things like they do, which is always great.“

[*9* Chantelle is sitting atop her desk talking, voiceover continues, then it goes to a scene of Laurie and Chantelle on a couch, you can see Brent and Tracey in the background. There is a big collage of pictures on the wall behind them, we don’t know of what yet. You see hands posting pictures on this large wall, you cannot make out what the wall is exactly yet]

CHANTELLE: *9* I think the reason it works so well is because everybody brings heart to this. Everything is sincere(...) and with the client's best interest at heart.(...) And I really think that people feel that when they come in.

[*10* Tracey is on screen and she is looking at a photo in her hands with a smile, you see the image she is looking at which is a picture of 6 people on a boat heading under a bridge. You see another picture being posted on the big wall that you have not yet seen. Tracey is now on screen and sitting atop her desk. There are framed designations behind her on the wall and artwork on the other side. Voiceover continues and people are looking at pictures and posting them on the wall. ]

TRACEY : *10* “Our relationships with our clients are lifelong. We start with one client and over the years, they then bring their children in because they know that they're in good hands with us. And then it becomes this generational family relationship that we have with our clients. “

[*11* Cam speaks directly to camera]

CAM *11*’That is what I think separates our team from everybody else.”

[*12* Jill is working at her desk and referencing a sheet as she begins to talk to Steve who is standing in her office doorway. It breaks back to the original client meeting and Jill is shaking the clients hand goodbye as they thank them.]

JILL: *12*” When we do a full financial plan and we come up with some solutions, I think it gives the client the ability to feel like, "Oh, I got that off my chest, you know, and I've got one more thing in my life taken care of." And if we can give that peace of mind to each client, then we've done our job.”

[*13* Tracey is talking at her desk and then it flashes to an image of her laughing in slow motion, she is now in a backyard scene with the other team members.

TRACEY *13* “The look on their face, the look of relief, the big hug I get at the end of a meeting, that's the success stories to me. And what makes my job feel so important.”

[*14* Steve is talking atop his desk, it then flashes to Brent in the backyard scene standing against green foliage with a big smile on his face]

STEVE: *14* “You're dealing with just regular people and just helping them make the rest of their life work better. And this is a pretty nice place to come every day.”

[*15* Laurie is talking and you see the team laughing and enjoying each other’s company in the backyard, it pans amongst them, everyone is very happy and smiley. ]

LAURIE *15*: “We have developed great relationships with all of our team members. And it truly is a joy to be part of the Kirkby team. Absolutely it is. It's about people.”

[*16* As Brent begins talking the whole team is huddled together for a team picture, everyone is smiling and embracing each other in the back yard with their arms around one another]

BRENT *16* “I pinch myself sometimes because I truly feel like with the clients I get to work with, the team I get to be surrounded by now, wouldn't trade it for the world.”

[*17*Image of Cam talking and then it goes to a shot of Brent smiling and posting something on a wall, he looks over his shoulder to smile at Tracey and you see he is posting the group team picture they took in the backyard previously, as the camera pans back you see a big wall of various pictures of people doing activities such as golfing, boating, traveling, at a lake, on horses… these are images of the Kirkby Team’s clients, living out their dreams, the team is smiling and pointing to pictures as the camera pans out. Various close ups of the client images go in front of the screen, family shots. As the camera continues to pan out more team members come into view as they chatting, looking at documents, more pictures flash on the screen, a grandma and her grandchild, a lady traveling. Laurie tracey and Jill are looking at the wall, pointing, chatting and smiling. Steve then points.

CAM *17*:I think the biggest achievement that I feel through all of this is the relationship I have with the clients. I have clients that I've been dealing with since 1987. They are friends.(...) That's an achievement. Nothing's concrete, but yet we've been able to do our planning and tell clients, this is what you can expect over the next 10, 15, 20 years. And then we're able to now look back and say, here's what we told you 10, 15, 20 years ago. And here's where you are. That to me is really, really cool.”

[ Concludes with Cam smiling at his desk, Creating Peace Of Mind appears across the screen and the CIBC logo with disclaimer close out the video]

Team Picture

A message from our team:

What almost 40 years in the business has taught us

After nearly four decades in wealth management, we've learned that the advisor-client relationship goes far beyond market performance, asset allocation, or even retirement planning. It’s a relationship built on trust, empathy, and deep understanding often forged through life’s most vulnerable moments. These values are shared by every member of the Kirkby Group and are foundational to our mission of helping every client achieve peace of mind. Our practice is built on relationships - relationships within our team and relationships with our clients. These values have guided us since day one - and they will continue to do so as our team evolves and we support the clients and families we serve, today and for generations to come.

1. Trust is Earned in the Quiet Moments

Trust isn’t built when markets are booming. It’s built when things get tough - when portfolios drop, when family crises hit, or when hard choices have to be made. Those are the moments clients remember: who called, who listened, who stayed steady.

2. Listening Is More Important Than Talking

Early day, we thought our job was to talk - explain, predict, advise. Over time, we realized that the best advisors are the best listeners. Clients don’t always say what they need outright; they reveal it in stories, concerns, and hopes. Listening deeply is how we get to what really matters.

3. Money Is Never Just About Money

Behind every financial decision is a personal story an aging parent, a child with special needs, a fear of running out, a dream of leaving a legacy. Understanding the emotional context is just as important as understanding the numbers.

4. Consistency Builds Confidence

Being consistently present, honest, and dependable builds more confidence than outperforming benchmarks. Clients want to know someone’s looking out for them and that their goals - not just their money - are being managed thoughtfully.

5. Every Relationship Is a Partnership

The best client relationships are collaborative. We bring experience and insight; clients bring their values and goals. Together, we craft a strategy. And when it works best, clients don’t just see us as their advisory team - they see us as their advocate, their sounding board, sometimes even a part of the family.
