Giuseppe stands at the helm of the Danisi Financial Group, a distinguished name within CIBC Wood Gundy, the custom investment management division of CIBC Private Wealth. With over 40 years of experience in the financial sector, Giuseppe has carved a niche in providing investment counsel, catering to a discerning clientele that includes families, professionals, business leaders, and foundations. Giuseppe's expertise includes bonds, customized investment strategies, and wealth management, which are underpinned by his profound understanding of financial markets.
Born in Palo del Colle, Italy, Giuseppe moved to Montreal in 1971, where he established his family and career. He is deeply involved in community service, contributing to the Italian community in Montreal through leadership roles in several foundations, fundraising for essential projects, and advocating for elderly services. Despite his professional and philanthropic commitments, Giuseppe maintains a balanced life, enjoying soccer and family time.
Before his tenure with CIBC Wood Gundy began in 1997, Giuseppe's journey in finance saw him embracing various roles across banking and co-founding in 1987 a boutique bond brokerage firm.
This diverse background has equipped him with a profound understanding of financial markets and a unique approach to investment advice, particularly in bonds, preferred securities, tailored solutions, and structured products.
Fabio Danisi
Fabio brings a unique perspective to wealth management, blending nearly a decade of experience in the financial industry with a keen interest in the psychology of financial decision-making. He adopts a coaching style that prioritizes clients' emotional and financial well-being. This approach is rooted in his belief that effective wealth management goes beyond numbers to understand clients' unique relationships with money.
With a B.Comm from the John Molson School of Business, majoring in Finance, and his status as an CIRO licensed Registered Representative, Fabio's educational background lays a solid foundation for his expertise. As a Level 2 CFA candidate, he is deeply committed to furthering his knowledge and skills in the field.
Beginning his career in retail banking, he quickly made his mark with a deep understanding of business processes and a strong commitment to customer service, later advancing his career into specialized financing as a Senior Associate. In this role, he excelled in financial analysis, client relationship management, business development and the underwriting of significant financing transactions in diverse industries and helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
As he prepares for a leadership transition within the Danisi Financial Group, Fabio is actively involved in optimizing operations and enhancing client service. His work includes investment portfolio monitoring, quantitative analysis, and developing strategies for tax, performance reporting. He also supports business development efforts and assists with client reporting and account management, ensuring the group meets clients' needs efficiently.
He also co-presides the Young Professionals in M&A (YPMA) at the M&A Club Canada, playing a role in building a network of corporate finance professionals and organizing successful networking events.
André Boutin
As experienced financial services professional, Mr. Boutin brings over 30 years of industry experience to Danisi Financial Group. As an associate, he works primarily on the operational side, and is responsible for administrative tasks, such as executing trading order, transfers and withdrawals. A former weightlifting world champion, Mr. Boutin's competitive and disciplined nature has always pushed him to take a meticulous approach to his work, ensuring that every trade and decision he makes is precise and thought through rapidly.

Marco joined the financial services industry in 1992 and has held various positions in financial planning, private investment counsel and investment administration. Marco holds his financial planning designation issued by the IQPF, is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
Martin Goulet, CPA
Senior Estate Planning Specialist
Martin Goulet is part of the CIBC Private Wealth team. He is an experienced estate planning specialist with a strong expertise in life and health insurance. Martin’s training as a Chartered Professional Accountant and as a Financial Planner allows him to analyze the complex aspects of our clients' financial situation.
Martin started his professional career in a large global accounting firm where he served as an auditor and then as a tax advisor in the firm’s Quebec City and Toronto offices. He has been working as a financial security advisor since 2000.
During his career, Martin delivered several conferences and training sessions on the subject of personal finances, most notably in conjunction with activities organized through the Ordre des CPA du Québec, the Association de planification fiscale et financière and the Centre québécois de formation en fiscalité. Over the past few years, he also gave many training sessions for employees or clients of accounting firms.
Alexandra Labbé

Alexandra is an Associate Estate Planning Specialist and a Financial Security Advisor. She works closely with the CIBC Private Wealth partners as a life and health insurance professional. Her training as a financial planner allows her to analyze the complex aspects of our clients' financial situation.
Alexandra enjoys travelling, reading, skiing and running. She is also part of a dragon boat team.
