STEVE: *2*”The Kirkby Wealth Advisory Group is a wealth management firm, meaning we do all of the things that help people invest their money, make their money grow, take care of all the things around their finances.(...) We see that as the base commodity of what we do, meaning it's an important tool, but what we really do is we help people achieve whatever's important to them,

basically help them make their dreams come true. Kind of corny, but it's absolutely true. We provide a multitude of services to clients. We've managed to create the team that covers off of each one of those.”

[*3* Cam Kirkby sitting at his desk on the phone looking at market graphs on his computer]

The advisors providing the client feedback about what their needs are and then us making the decisions about what has to be done with their investments or with their specific accounts and then passing those instructions to Laurie and Chantelle and then having that trust that they're going to execute those things like they do, which is always great.“

[*9* Chantelle is sitting atop her desk talking, voiceover continues, then it goes to a scene of Laurie and Chantelle on a couch, you can see Brent and Tracey in the background. [*10* Tracey is on screen and she is looking at a photo in her hands with a smile, you see the image she is looking at which is a picture of 6 people on a boat heading under a bridge. CAM *11*’That is what I think separates our team from everybody else.”

[*12* Jill is working at her desk and referencing a sheet as she begins to talk to Steve who is standing in her office doorway. It breaks back to the original client meeting and Jill is shaking the clients hand goodbye as they thank them.]

JILL: *12*” When we do a full financial plan and we come up with some solutions, I think it gives the client the ability to feel like, "Oh, I got that off my chest, you know, and I've got one more thing in my life taken care of." And if we can give that peace of mind to each client, then we've done our job.”

[*13* Tracey is talking at her desk and then it flashes to an image of her laughing in slow motion, she is now in a backyard scene with the other team members.

TRACEY *13* “The look on their face, the look of relief, the big hug I get at the end of a meeting, that's the success stories to me. And what makes my job feel so important.”

[*14* Steve is talking atop his desk, it then flashes to Brent in the backyard scene standing against green foliage with a big smile on his face]

[*17*Image of Cam talking and then it goes to a shot of Brent smiling and posting something on a wall, he looks over his shoulder to smile at Tracey and you see he is posting the group team picture they took in the backyard previously, as the camera pans back you see a big wall of various pictures of people doing activities such as golfing, boating, traveling, at a lake, on horses… these are images of the Kirkby Team’s clients, living out their dreams, the team is smiling and pointing to pictures as the camera pans out. CAM *17*:I think the biggest achievement that I feel through all of this is the relationship I have with the clients. I have clients that I've been dealing with since 1987. They are friends.(...) That's an achievement. Nothing's concrete, but yet we've been able to do our planning and tell clients, this is what you can expect over the next 10, 15, 20 years. And then we're able to now look back and say, here's what we told you 10, 15, 20 years ago. And here's where you are. That to me is really, really cool.”

“When we start with a client, they will say, oh, you know, I want this return. I'm hoping I could get this return to make sure that I'm going to be able to retire. I'm not 100% comfortable that I can do that. I don't know what kind of return I need to get to retire. I don't think I have enough money. Cam Kirkby:

in my eyes and our team has achieved what it set out to do to make the client comfortable and successful is first of all understanding our client we aspire to understand our clients better than they understand themselves and we feel once we do that we can help them achieve success for them that takes financial planning it takes”

[The scene shifts back to the group discussion, with the individuals continuing to engage in dialogue. Cam resumes speaking directly into the camera]

Cam Kirkby:

“gathering all the data, finding out exactly where they are today, understanding what the family dynamics are, understanding what's important to our client, their tolerance for emotional roller coaster rides, which they would refer to as risk. Once we understand all of those things, we can start to address them and help the client feel comfortable through them. So we do the planning.”

[The camera returns to Cam, who is speaking directly to the camera]

Cam Kirkby:

“We establish, first of all, what they want their life to look like when they're retired and through retirement. We then work to understand what it will take to achieve that. So if we had a client and we can go through our planning and say, you know, if you get a six or seven percent return, you're going to have this much left when you're done. Do you really want to take on the extra volatility, which is the part that makes you uncomfortable, to have more?”

102s(01:42)~125s(02:05):

[An older gentleman adjusts his glasses while engaging in conversation, likely discussing matters pertinent to the meeting context. He pauses momentarily, touching his face]

[ Now joined by another participant, she engages both colleagues simultaneously, continuing her discourse ]

Cam Kirkby:

“And some clients might say yes, but the majority will say no. I'm very comfortable. If I can get a return that will make my life comfortable for the rest of my years, that's what I want to do. We establish what that looks like for them. We then make sure that we're on top of it every couple years to address anything that's different and rerun everything to make sure we're still on track.”

126s(02:06)~154s(02:34):

[ A man leans forward slightly, pointing emphatically at something out of view. A woman stands near a presentation screen displaying 'Personal Net Worth', using a marker to highlight specific sections]

Cam Kirkby:

“We monitor the portfolio so that it achieves exactly what we said it would achieve. We try to answer questions before our clients have them. In the 38 years I've been doing this, and I still deal with clients that I started with in 1987, I have found success when they don't phone us, we phone them. Very proactive in money management style, very proactive in global affairs”.

155s(02:35)~173s(02:53):

[A man in a suit is sitting at a table, gesturing with his hands as he speaks. Cam speaks to the camera.]

[A woman in a white sweater shakes hands with a man in a suit in front of a screen displaying financial data.]

[The man in the suit shakes hands with another man in a black jacket, while a woman in a white sweater and another woman in an orange top look on.]

Cam Kirkby:

“very proactive in what our clients' lives are like, how they're evolving, planning, everything, all the things that are necessary to make sure that we can help them sleep at night and never think about the finances again. “

At a desk, a woman stands leaning over a document held open by a seated colleague, guiding him through its contents. Cam Kirkby resumes his direct address to the camera, maintaining consistent eye contact.]

“very proactive in what our clients' lives are like, how they're evolving, planning, everything, all the things that are necessary to make sure that we can help them sleep at night and never think about the finances again. “
